2. Deposits

  • Deposits (if taken) are generally non-refundable

  • Exceptions may be made depending on notice given and circumstances


3. Cancellations

  • Cancellations made with reasonable notice: no charge

  • Last-minute cancellations may incur a fee if time or travel has been committed


4. Service Issues

If you are unhappy with the service:

  • Contact us within 24 hours

  • We will investigate and aim to resolve the issue quickly

Possible resolutions may include:

  • Partial refund

  • Service correction

  • Goodwill adjustment


5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Incorrect information provided at booking

  • Changes in job scope on arrival

  • Access issues or delays outside our control

  • Customer no-shows
